The Web site for the Memento Films is controlled and operated by Red Earth Film Productions Pty Ltd ("Red Earth," "Memento," "we," "us," or "our"). If you wish to contact us, please use the link on the main page of the site. The Memento site was created to advertise the services of our video production company, Memento Films. All materials on the Memento site ("Online Materials"), including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights owned and/or controlled by Red Earth or by other parties that have licensed their material to Red Earth.

You may download and retain only a single copy of the Online Materials, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. At redearthfilms.com.au, we are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of our brides, grooms and other visitors. Any and all information collected about our visitors is used solely to process any transactions and provide our service to you.

redearthfilms.com.au tracks information about the visits to our web site. These statistics are used internally to provide better services to our customers but contain no personal information. We are not interested in selling information to 3rd parties...we just want to make wedding videos!

Naturally we will need some personal information to create a binding agreement for us to provide our service to you, however other requested information is optional and may be given at your discretion. As we mentioned, regardless of the information you provide, it will never be seen by anyone outside our business.

We occasionally send out email announcements for promos and events, or advertisements to former or potential clients. You can elect not to receive communications from us by noting your preference in response to communications from us.

Your personal information will never be compromised as we store all personal information off-site in databases not connected to this site or directly to the internet.
